After the approval of the basic engineering application, we appoint a Project Manager for the development of Detailed Engineering techniques and the control of the manufacturing plant.

During this process, the Project Manager will oversee:

•  The implementation of all necessary tasks to achieve the objectives and deadlines.
• The implementation of the final planning.
• The assembly and commissioning of the project
• And the development of a management software.

                         Basic engineering for project definition.

We have teams of engineers specialized in the paint and coatings industry who plan and elaborate every detail of the project according to the goals of each client.

Within the basic engineering analysis, we study the specifications of the project to define the most efficient and convenient solution for your production process. 

We define the manufacturing equipment, the general implementation plans, the process instrumentation diagrams, and the estimated planning, among others. Our Engineering teams support you in defining the general criteria and basic ideas for your project, which will be the pillar for our basic engineering proposal.   

Once the specifications for the process are defined and clarified, the basic engineering project will be delivered, by including:

• Process Diagram (P&ID)
• General Lay-out
• Static and dynamic loads, dimensions of the equipment, process platforms, size and design of piping installation.
• Specifications of required power, compressed air, water, nitrogen, etc.
• General specifications of the equipment detailed in P&ID and Layout, in terms of volumes and capacities.
• Estimated planning: Detailed engineering development, procurement of materials as specified in detailed engineering, supply of the equipment, mechanical and electric assembling, start up and operator training.
• Estimated overall budget.
